An intimate preservation project set in the authentic heart of Florentin. The preservation was carried out integrally with the existing building, carefully maintaining its original façades and plaster details, while adding new floors with a delicate design that blends harmoniously with the existing historic urban surroundings. The ground floor retains its traditional commercial use, supporting the neighborhood’s lively street life, while the upper floors offer modern residential units that combine contemporary living with Florentin’s unique historic charm. This architectural dialogue connects past, present and future, enriching the neighborhood’s urban character.
