A new demolition and reconstruction project set in Tel Aviv’s desirable Old North, designed on a corner lot that offers dual street frontage and unique architectural opportunities. The building presents a modern design language, blending architectural concrete panels with brass-coated metal cladding, giving the facade a dynamic and evolving character over time. With 6 full floors plus a partial floor, the project includes 18 residential units featuring a diverse mix of layouts created by having a different number of apartments on each level.
