Yehuda Ha Yamit 25-27, Tel-Aviv

As part of the project, two plots were consolidated into a single site, alongside the promotion of a new zoning plan that enabled its realization. The new building is located in the heart of Jaffa and combines an active commercial ground floor facing the street, with three residential floors and a partial roof floor above, totaling 34 residential units. The design aims to create a harmonious connection between the historic character of Jaffa and contemporary architectural language, contributing to the renewal of the urban fabric. The blend of commercial and residential uses creates a vibrant urban space active throughout the day.
