Located on Y.L. Peretz Street in the Neve Sha'anan neighborhood, this project includes strengthening the existing structure, adding new floors, and changing its use to a mixed-use building. The design preserves the original structural grid of the historic Income Tax building and features a dry cladding system that unifies the existing structure with the new addition, alongside a comprehensive renovation. The project integrates harmoniously with the evolving urban fabric and scale of the neighborhood.
