Volfson 46, Tel-Aviv

A new modern-style project on Wolfson Street, Tel Aviv, involving the demolition of the existing building and construction of a new 7-story structure. The design features a clean white mass resting above an exposed concrete mass, creating a contemporary language that blends residential and commercial uses. The project integrates into the vibrant character of the street, adjacent to the recently preserved historic Shuk HaAliya and the newly developed Wolfson pedestrian promenade – enriching the urban street life experience.
