Neighborhood: Shapira – South Tel Aviv Status: Permitting Number of Floors: 6.65 floors Number of Residential Units: 8 Usage: Commercial, offices, and residential
A new and distinctive project in the Shapira neighborhood, designed as a corner building in a modern cubist composition that plays between two contrasting volumes: one facing the busy Derech Shlomo, finished with architectural concrete and recessed balconies; and another facing the quieter interior of the neighborhood, finished with light plaster and featuring prominent loggias. The design creates a dialogue between the lively urban street and the neighborhood’s calm character, integrating mixed uses including commercial space on the ground floor, offices on the first floor, and residential units above — all planned with careful attention to context, sustainability, and the unique urban fabric of Tel Aviv.
