A distinctive corner preservation project located on the edge of Tel Aviv’s Florentin neighborhood, at the intersection of HaHalutzim Street and Yaffo Road. The design carefully maintains the historic character of the existing building, integrating a commercial ground floor facing the main urban axis, an office floor above, and 14 residential units on the upper levels. The new additions create a dialogue between old and new, strengthening the building’s connection to Florentin’s unique urban fabric.
