Ge'ula St 35, Tel Aviv-Jaffa

A project for reinforcement and vertical extension of a historic Bauhaus-style building located on Geula Street in the Kerem HaTeimanim neighborhood — a street that slopes down toward the sea, offering open views of the coastline. The design includes adding new floors while carefully preserving the unique architectural character of the original structure, creating a balance between the heritage of Tel Aviv’s architectural legacy and contemporary urban living.
