A historic building originally designed by architect Yitzhak Rapaport as a twin to the adjacent building on the corner of Carmiya Street. The project includes an integral addition within the existing building’s contour and a modern extension above, continuing the architectural dialogue with its twin on Carmiya. The design aims to preserve the unique historical and architectural character of Rothschild Boulevard while revitalizing the urban fabric at the heart of Tel Aviv’s White City.
