Ha-Khalutzim St 22, Tel Aviv-Jaffa

Situated within the dynamic urban fabric of Florentin, this project focuses on preserving a distinctive historic building constructed in 1931 in the International Style. The architectural plan combines respectful preservation of the existing façade and unique design features with the addition of three new contemporary floors and a partial penthouse, achieving a harmonious blend of old and new. The preserved commercial ground floor maintains the building’s traditional street-level activity, while the upper floors will include 13 modern residential units designed for contemporary urban living. This approach highlights responsible conservation, allowing for thoughtful renewal and expansion while retaining the building’s historic character and its valuable contribution to the evolving landscape of Florentin.
