A unique preservation project for the historic “Tnuva House,” originally designed by architect Richard Kaufmann – one of the most influential figures in the history of Israeli architecture. As part of the project, meticulous restoration and reconstruction were carried out on the apse and other parts of the building, in accordance with strict conservation guidelines. Today, this two-story building houses the offices of Atarim, the company responsible for managing the Tel Aviv–Jaffa coastline, while carefully preserving its original character and enriching the unique atmosphere of the Tel Aviv Port area.
